1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 365pk platform (including the website at 365pk.club, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming and betting services provided thereunder), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by 365pk from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 365pk platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 365pk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you represent and warrant are satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the 365pk platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 365pk platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and with funds that are legally and beneficially yours.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any applicable sanction that would restrict your use of the platform.

365pk reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming and betting services at 365pk, you are required to complete a registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on the 365pk platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 365pk requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Documents typically required include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of address not older than three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement); and
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account).

365pk reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their account suspended and their withdrawals held pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 365pk platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your 365pk account wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the platform's payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the platform's cashier section and are subject to change without notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This anti-money laundering control is non-negotiable.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed.
• Processing times are indicative only. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take up to 24–48 hours.
• 365pk reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

Players are responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs imposed by their financial institution or payment service provider in connection with transactions on the 365pk platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 365pk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all such offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and may not be transferred.
• Bonus funds will be credited to a separate bonus wallet at 365pk and must be distinguished from real-money balances until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• The use of multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• 365pk reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering on certain games or markets may not contribute to bonus wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. Consult the specific promotion terms for details.

6. Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 365pk platform are governed by the rules of the respective game supplier or sportsbook provider in addition to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless otherwise specified in writing by 365pk.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed in the game information panel. The outcomes of all games are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and are not subject to manipulation by the player or by 365pk.

In-play and pre-match sports betting markets at 365pk are subject to the sportsbook's own market rules, settlement procedures, and void-bet policies. Disputed bet settlements must be raised with 365pk customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 365pk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the 365pk platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage, match-fixing, or any form of collusion in casino or sports betting contexts;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money;
• Accessing the 365pk platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or during a prohibited period;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate gains; and
• Any conduct that 365pk reasonably determines to be abusive, disruptive, or harmful to other players or platform operations.

8. Responsible Gaming

365pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via account settings;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss limits over defined periods can be configured;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notify players when they have exceeded a self-defined session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting 365pk support. Self-exclusion is enforced at login level and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period for permanent exclusions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 365pk platform, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 365pk or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365pk platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No right is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 365pk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365pk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or expected savings;
• Interruption to platform access or service downtime;
• Technical errors, server failures, or communication disruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the 365pk platform.

The 365pk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365pk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination & Account Closure

365pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate action; or
• The player's jurisdiction restricts or prohibits access to online gaming services.

Players may request voluntary account closure by contacting 365pk customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their last active payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

12. Amendments to Terms

365pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 365pk platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the 365pk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365pk is incorporated. Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure.

Before commencing any legal proceedings, players must first submit a formal complaint to 365pk customer support and allow a period of 30 days for 365pk to respond and attempt resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved after this period, alternative dispute resolution may be pursued as outlined in any applicable regulatory framework.
